Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
Approved claims may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other external factors.
Abandoned Packages
If a customer abandons their package at the shipping carrier, fails to collect it, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect shipping address, no refund will be issued.
Abandoned, unclaimed, or refused shipments are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing
