Order Processing
Orders are processed during regular business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Orders placed after Friday may be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
Transit time refers only to the carrier delivery timeframe and does not include order processing time.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping – $20
Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days.
Express Shipping – $30
Estimated transit time: 1 to 2 business days.
Transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Insurance
In some cases, the shipping carrier may offer optional insurance for your package.
Insurance pricing is determined directly by the shipping carrier and may vary by state or destination. We do not control or determine carrier insurance costs.
The shipping carrier will provide available insurance options during the shipping process if applicable.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier for transit and delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
Abandoned or Unclaimed Packages
If a customer abandons their package at the shipping carrier, fails to collect it, refuses delivery, or allows it to be returned due to non-collection, no refund will be issued.
Abandoned, refused, or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
Approved refund requests, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
